I remember you had bought an awfully expensive book containing images of models while we were in Bangalore. They were models for HUGO Boss rite?
By the way there is a HUGO Boss showroom in mumbai. I was checking out overcoats, suits just like that. If you would like to own a blazer, it is a cool 15,000. Leather jackets 1,00,000 and above..and so on so forth.

Based on the article I was quite intrigued about the photos...May be we can get a soft copy of his images. The book costs 75$!

BOSS models. No relation to Hugo Boss. Boss models is a model agency, and they represent some of the world's most prominent models.

I've spent countless hours going through similiar photo books at old book stores, and even there they are exhorbitant! A few months back photo books at a commercial street old books place were marked at 900, 1500, and 1800. They were mostly photo catalogues of the work of commercial photographers; or high quality ads.

I flipped through every page and put them down and backed away slowly.

man!
very slowly...

I think if I keep the "picture" book of Richard Evedon's in my collection, then it will be quite something. what say ? I mean i may enjoy looking at them once, but can u imagine how many social points i could gain when i explain its significance to the others who show interest in it! it is definetly some thing i would look out for.

Be sure to use terms like "the slow decay of the old west..."...

If flipping through a book with pictures is too taxing for them, they can go see Brokeback Mountain.
